These Terms of Service govern your use of Groundlane (the "Service"), operated by Groundlane, Inc.. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
The calculators are provided free of charge for planning purposes. You may create an account to save projects, manage customers, and generate estimates. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our refund policy in your Stripe receipt or contact support@getgroundlane.com.
Calculator estimates
All calculator results are estimates for planning purposes only. See our Calculator Disclaimer for details.
Lead marketplace
If you submit a project for local quotes, or if you are a contractor receiving leads, additional terms apply — see our Marketplace Terms and Lead Sharing Consent.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Groundlane, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on calculator estimates or contractor matches.
