Contractor Marketplace Terms

These terms apply to contractors who create a company profile and opt into the Groundlane lead marketplace.

Verification

Company profiles are reviewed before appearing in the public "Find a Pro" directory or receiving marketplace leads. Groundlane, Inc. may suspend a profile at any time for inaccurate information, unresolved complaints, or violation of these terms.

Lead distribution

Leads are distributed manually or automatically depending on current platform configuration. A distributed lead is not exclusive unless explicitly marked as such — the same lead may be offered to multiple contractors serving the same area and trade.

No guarantee of leads or outcomes

Groundlane, Inc. does not guarantee lead volume, lead quality, or that any homeowner will accept your quote. Leads reflect self-reported project details from homeowners and have not been independently verified.

Pay-per-lead (if enabled)

Where pay-per-lead is enabled, charges are processed via Stripe at the price shown at the time of purchase. Purchased leads are not refundable except where required by law or at Groundlane, Inc.'s discretion for invalid or duplicate leads.

Conduct

Contractors must contact homeowners professionally and only for the purpose of quoting the submitted project. Misuse of contact information shared through the marketplace may result in suspension.
